Occupational Therapist
Sarah Grace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Wofford College as a D1 soccer player. She graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy as an interprofessional education fellow. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist, certified by the National Board for Certification.

Sarah Grace has experience practicing in the outpatient pediatric setting. She has a special interest in working with children with a variety of ages and diagnoses/conditions, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Down Syndrome, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Brachial Plexus Injuries, Developmental Delays, Learning Disabilities, Highly Sensitive Children, and Cerebral Palsy. She enjoys watching her clients’ confidence grow as they achieve goals they never thought possible. She has experience utilizing Handwriting without Tears, Size Matters, the Safe and Sound Integrated Listening System, Constraint Induced Movement Therapy, Wilbarger Brushing Protocol, the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Feeding Approach, Talk Tools, Bal-a-vis-x, Zones of Regulation, Alert Program, and Reflex Integration during her treatment sessions.

Sarah Grace has a passion for inclusivity, especially in terms of sports and leisure activities. She founded an adaptive sports program called The A.B.L.E. Program (Athletes Believing Limits are Erased) in Charleston in order to increase adaptive multi-sport opportunities for children with medical complexities.

Sarah Grace was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, Lewis, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
