Lauren Frontera, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Lauren earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Kennesaw State University. She completed her doctoral capstone project focused on creating fine motor resources for children in neurodiverse preschool classrooms.

Lauren has clinical experience in a variety of settings including outpatient pediatrics, orthopedics, and skilled nursing facilities. She has experience with children from early development to young adulthood, including children with autism spectrum disorder, genetic conditions, down syndrome, sensory processing disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She particularly enjoys working with the pediatric population, addressing client goals through creative, play based activities that promote independence and confidence.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, traveling, painting, and spending time with family and friends! Gabby enjoys working with children across a variety of communication needs, with special interests in speech sound delays/disorders, expressive/receptive language delays/disorders, and social communication. She believes learning happens best through play, connection, and creativity, and is passionate about making therapy engaging, meaningful, and something kids look forward to. Gabby values the role strong communication skills play in helping children connect, learn, and express themselves.
