Gwen Lizarazo, OTD, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Gwen earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida and her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. She is a licensed Occupational Therapist and is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Gwen has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including infants, young children, older adults, and individuals with neurological conditions. Her clinical experience includes acute care, neonatal intensive care, pediatric intensive care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Gwen is passionate about working with children and loves helping her clients build confidence through the acquisition of new skills. She enjoys creating fun and engaging therapy sessions that foster developmental growth while supporting each child's unique strengths and interests.

In her free time, Gwen enjoys practicing yoga, baking, playing with her miniature dachshund, and spending time with family and friends.
